I disagree. You should find something that is right for YOU. Don't worry about resale. The home found a buyer at least once before, maybe more than once. If you buy it, it will have found a buyer yet again. When they day comes when you are ready to sell, still another buyer will emerge.

With houses and cars, I don't understand the emphasis many people place on eventual resale value. Buy what you like and need and forget about what will happen 5 or 10 or 20 years from now.
