Beyond the money saving aspect I began to see that the fat and sodium in most of the things you eat while dining out is a bit excessive. The men in my family have a history of high blood pressure and this was another reason to cut back on some of this stuff even when dining out for dinner.
I'm not overweight but I've definitely seen how the wrong restaurant food(mostly what I used to get) can put the pounds on you.
