Question, really. I'm pretty good keeping up with leftover things, especially fresh produce, like making quiches and stir fries and stuff.
But does anyone know what to do with leftover lettuce, or how to extend it's shelf life? Baby greens, ice berg, etc. Spinach, sure, make a quiche or spinach divan, cabbage, fry with sugar and raisins, but lettuce. Catches me short every time!
Anyone else deal with this?
