And thats one of the reasons for the title of my thread, sure I could sell it for a FORTUNE to a developer but then thats one less farm putting food on the table for the consumer. Besides, I WANT to be a farmer We fought hard to buy this land and plan to farm it until we can't farm any more, THEN sell it to a developer if they offer the highest price, but that will be at LEAST 30 years down the road.

And I called ING, they also can't help me due to our being a working farm.

As for the equity line, I'm looking into that next.
