If I don't have time to make pizza dough from scratch, I use frozen dough balls from the grocery store. I forget the brand, but they're used for making dinner rolls, (not frozen dinner rolls). You just spread them out in a pan, put them in a warm oven with a bowl of water, and the rising time is the same as if the dough were not frozen. It makes enough for 2 medium pizzas.
For sauce, I mix a 4oz. can of tomato paste with a small jar of pasta sauce. This makes enough for several pizzas, and I freeze what I don't use.
