GMAC went way up from 3.45% to 3.75% (wish ING Direct would do similar).

Also UmbrellaBank increased from 3.75% to 3.85%.

Both of these banks seem to be a decent alternative to EmigrantDirect. Their rates are not quite as high and they do have minimum required deposits, but they also have many other features like ATM access, checking accounts, and CDs.
