Here's what I do for cat urine:
1. Spray the area with water
2. Sprinkle a liberal amount of bakin soda
3. Spray some more water until the baking soda is fully soaked.
4. Once the baking soda dries, it will take the urine out of the water. You can then scrape it off.
5. Repeat until dried baking soda is white in color.
I got that advise from another web site and it actually works
although I do say it could be quite time-consuming.
