I used to live in an apartment over an attic record store, the heat was paid for and for some reason it was always hot in our apartment, I mean we honestly warned people to bring shorts in December cause it was so hot. Nothing worked to cool it, aside form opening windows in windter, dunno if it was the way the heat rose from the shop and neighboring apartments or what.
