We have no health insurance-my husband is self-employed and we cannot afford insurance for a family of seven. So any trip to the doctor is a financial hiccup for us. Now my older children are needing braces-the oldest one already has them and I found out that the other two are probably on their way. It looks like we'll be making monthly payments to the orthodontis now (
