Thanks for the article. I'm very picky about keeping makeup...buy something new, throw out the old. If you arent picky about brands, Rite Aid usually has great makeup sales...combined with coupons you get great deals. My CVS also usually has tons of makeup on clearance...again with coupons I have gotten many items for pennies.
