Default quality and quantity

What a great post! (the first post at the beginning of the thread -- Being frugal with TIME) Sometimes, it seems there's not enough time in the day. Then, I see other people who seem to have all the time in the world, and I think, "how do they do that?!?" This is only my second post, so even though I'm drawing a blank, I want to think of something that helps save time....

Okay... here's one: I spend *quality* time instead of *quantity* time. Quality time means really being attentive to what I'm doing (like living right here in the moment). If I'm really doing something with full in-the-moment attention (as opposed to daydreaming), I think I actually get things done faster (with less mistakes
