I watched it! First~ Did you catch Suze's mouth DROP! My mouth dropped. But Suze was flustered! And I think Suze should have offered to take 'Jane' on as one of her clients. Or refer her to one of Suze's personal contacts. Clearly the woman trusts Suze, if she's calling in. And if this woman is related to a BIG NAME person (very likely), then this woman will become a big name and Suze would get attention by association. Not that Suze needs marketing at this point, but it never hurts.
