my fridge is an ugly yellow. the dishwasher is black and the stove is black and white. No one ever says anything to me that they don't match. I know they don't match. But the fridge was $150 and all we could afford a few years ago. When I replace it I will probably go with black. Not because of the matching just because I really like the look!
