Well its still the best rate out there & if its just your liquid funds (every day & rainy day 3-6 months of income) then it preserves your cash's purchasing power more so than anyone else. Unity gold is 3.6%, century direct is at 3.57% and provident direct is at 3.5%, thus AARP is 45-55 basis points ahead of them all. The 4.5% would have been nice but I just got the membership submitted the other day.
