I've started changing my own oil. I do most of my shopping at Advance Auto parts. Earlier this morning while taking my old filter off, my oil wrench broke with me. I went to Advanced after lunch and showed it to them.
They took it back and got me a new type of filter remover which was great. But what was amazing is even though I didn't have a receipt they were able to look me up in their computers and saw when I purchased it.
