I found a Bank of America credit card that is 0% interest and 0% balance transfer fee. It is called the PetRewards® Visa® from Bank of America. I just transferred $19,000 over from a previous credit card that was also at 0% for a year (expiring this August...I didn't know how long these things take, so even though I'm missing out on a few months interest in the bank, it is worth it to me.) The credit rep said that there is never a balance transfer fee on this credit card, and even though the 0% interest may go up, if you call later they can usually set it to a fixed low interest...like 1 or 2%.
