Yes, thank you Lux Living. I understood what she meant but I was also bringing up the point about cars being stolen for parts as well. Older car parts can be hard to obtain and they're not cheap.
Where I live, they find card constantly at the bottom of a lake or canal and they know that they were purposely driven there by the owners.
