It's fine by my book. Very interesting mix.

Most of the team is fairly green, except for the head (Mark Johnson) who has been there since 1994. Turnover rate is 65%.... Hmm. I'm not sure about this part.

Late last December, the fund took a dive. Not sure why, but the upside is that at least you're buying it "on sale"?

Suitability depends on the what else you have in your portfolio, but otherwise, it can work well as a core. Good complements would be a small cap fund and/or a high quality bond fund... depending on risk tolerance.

Although I'm not buying, I don't see a problem with it.... I would hold it for long-term investing, and preferably in a tax-deferred account. Enjoy!
