I did the same thing. When we moved into our house, it came with no washer or drier. So, I only bought a washer so there's no possibility of using a dryer!

Not that I've ever been tempted to, but my husband does. We lived in apartments for years and always line dried. We had a foldable clothes rack (2 of them) which I'd set up twice a week, and take down when they weren't being used for space.
