Hmm.... The article extols the virtues of Diversification and Patience for the longer horizon. Two points that I agree with and have always advocated in the past.
He also has a disdain for individual stocks, which I can't blame him or anyone else for feeling that way. Even the (real) experts will tell you this is a difficult way to invest. Still, I'm OK with that. Like building your own car rather than just picking one up from a local car lot. I don't mind the time, effort, and even the risk involved.
