brig2221 - I have been monitoring Treasury (by checking auction results at TreasuryDirect) vs. CD yields and choosing which to puchase for about 7-8 years now. I like both CDs and Treasuries, but for right now I'm sticking with CDs.
The last time I purchased a T-Bill was in Jan '07 (15 months ago). I've just been finding CDs yields to be more attractive than Treasury yields lately.
