I have tried every diet out there. For me, WW is the only one that really works. I can eat basically anything I want so long as I stick to my point allowance. I have managed to lose 75 pounds on the plan. I don't go to the meetings anymore but I do follow the program. I count my points every day, try not to exceed them and don't use my bonus points except on a rare occasion. It really works. It's not painful at all and since I can still eat sweets but in small quantities I don't feel like I'm sacraficing anything. Instead of paying them now, I put the money in a jar every week when I weigh in. I save it for myself now instead of paying them.
