Actually a couple days worth of frugal things. At the beginning of the year calculated out the cost of sending in my Medicare premiums with stamps and saw the little blurb that if I paid with automatic deposits I would save $2/month. I don't really like automatic withdrawals, but figured I could time it with my SS check. Savings for the year $50.

Yesterday called the mutual fund that handles our IRAs and signed up to handle our accounts on-line instead of by mail. Saved $25/account x2=$50/year each and every year here after.

Today I went shopping for bras. Knew the brand and size but the store was always out when I was there, so started searching on-line. Found them with 3 different prices at different sites, so went with the lowest, but before checking out googled and found a promo code for 99 cent shipping! So I saved on the bras themselves, plus $9.00 in shipping, plus no gas wasted in shopping, and not much physical energy expended to shop on line (arthritis doesn't like shopping).

One always like to find a savings when you have to fork out for something anyhow. I bookmarked the promo code place as well for the next time I'm shopping on line.
