If I had a million dollars, I would sell my current house and buy a larger one. We are debating right now to move or to do an addition. I would live in the house mortgage free.
Probably $300,000 or so.
I would also give each one of my boys $100,000
The rest 400,000 would be invested 1/2 would be invested for growth and the other half for income so DH wouldnt have to work full time.
