That’s actually a '
Negative', as having everyone pay "the same amount per dollar of income" means that even with exemptions for food, medical care, drugs, and housing, the Middle-class would pay almost 3 times as much of their income,
proportionally, as the wealthy, and the poor would pay 5 times as much of their income,
proportionally, as the wealthy.
