I saw a news report on this. It is killing the local bakeries and donut shops. The lady said a few months ago the flour was $4 for the giant bags and is now $15!! I don't think this is a slow and steady climb either, I believe it will hit soon like a ton of bricks. It may become cheaper to buy preprocessed foods from companies that still get it cheaper to buy in bulk, then it will be to cook or bake your own food from a consumers price. I did'nt think about the beer prices though! I will have to bring that up to DH and watch him cry!
