Pepsi chicken - the easiest "bbq" type sauce you can make. 16 oz. Pepsi, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. ketchup. Not the best for you, but pretty tasty and super-easy when you don't feel like cooking. I made peas and a fruit salad to go with it, along with leftover biscuits.
