Refilling at home is 3 times cheaper than refilling at Walgreens - there is a risk of creating a mess and having a leaking cartridge in the printer. I use Canon BCI-6 cartridge and now I find using a third-party cartridge much more economical (for 2$) and don't see difference in quality. (Original from Canon costs 13$ and refilling is anywhere between 7$ to 10$)
