It seems as though there are better rates to be found at commercial lenders so I don't know how big a market share they'll be able to command but it's certainly an interesting concept and one that should make interesting viewing over the next 6 months. They're certainly doing alot of advertising so you would presume that the more members they get the better rates you'll be able to get on your loans.
Time will tell how successful it will be.
