I tried out pork again today. It turned out fine (in the crockpot), and I even learned not to over-season it.

Yes, I learned the hard way that it's better to under-season than it is to over-season because it's easy to fix the former but not the latter.
Despite that... my pork still seems too dry for some reason. Otherwise, chops are cheap enough I think, but... no point if I can't get it to be tender enough.
