I freeze (they are just hunks of dough) all but two of them. One goes in the oven

and the other goes into the refrig. I put/wrap the individual servings in regular non zipped sandwich bags.
So to make the pizza I have to ~ roll it out. I freeze just dough, no pre-made pies. I can add that one piece of dough makes about a 12 inch diameter pie (personal

) , with all my favorite healthy toppings
When I use the one in the refrig I take a new piece of dough out of the freezer and drop it into the refrig (where it's good for 2-3 days).
