I have an american express that gets airline points. If you ask, they waive the fee and its 2 dollars for dollar charged. Here is the website-

unfortunately the airline might be going under, but until they do, the flights are dirt cheap for me. Plus its my hometown carrier.
American Express also offers other airlines.
