I was going through some of the site's stats and forgot to add the advertising revenue for the $5000 Challenge Blog I set up. It was less than $1 for July and I don't see it increasing much for this month unless I put a lot of effort into getting the word out about it (which I don't think I'll have time to do). Still, I'll take the dollar and add it to the total.
Since I am doing this and figure to be doing it for at least the next 5 months if not longer, I'm thinking of buying a domain and seeting up the blog there. While it is a bit more work, it gives the potential to make more money over the long run. With domains as cheap as $5.95 a year now, the up side looks a lot better than the down side. I will think about possible domain names this coming week and see if anything seems to have potential.
