Yea they hooked me also. I remember when I first signed up and made the first payment at the same time and told them to bill me the remaining amount for the biannual premium. The fee was hid in the total amount due which caused me to make the call. We worked it out. I guess they just assume people will pay and be done with it. Their rate was much better for me than AIG. Took some negotiating of all the available discounts to get the rate.
