Cost of Living Raises????
Has anyone ever asked their employer for a cost of living raise? Our company gives the standard 3.5% raise or below depending on performance. 2 years ago I did get an adjustment in wages of about 10% increase because they did a market survey in our area of what people with my title makes. (yeah for me)
I am just curious if anyone has asked and received or been denied a cost of living increase.
