well i actually have a third tool that helps with that. I have that orange swiffer sweeper carpet flick and keeping my dog clean/brushed helps also. I have the 9.99 wally world special for coming out the long hairs.. Flick was only 15 dollars and extra pack of pads(12) with coupons. some dont like it, but kids loveeee to clean with it, and i dont have to beg them, they argue over whos turn it is.
