using an online bill pay service can solve your problem
MyCheck Free has a free basic service
FYI - the banks use this sevice, the're just a midde man
and some charge you a fee
(I can't post links yet - just add .com to mycheckfree)

You add your monthly bills -utilities, credit cards, etc
some you can have paperless to your MyCheckFree acount
you can opt to have them notify you by email when a bill comes in
the really nice thng is you can schedule your payments in advance
for when your money/paycheck will be in your checking account
so you don't forget to pay a bill on time
plus you save time & money - no envelopes, no postage
the recordkeepng reports are good for tax time too
