I love my job. It is a small non profit, and we are all close knit like a family. The President & CEO thinks of us like his children, when our significant others come in the office, he is SO happy to see them (mine in particular, he loves us together) and takes a real interest in our lives. They pay very well, really have your best interests at heart, and even people that 'haven't worked out' cannot say they were treated anything but fair. You would never just be fired (unless you did something VERY bad), because they meet with you several times to try to work on things. We all actually take pride in what we do... our boss will surprise us with catered breakfasts/lunches to show us how much he appreciates us, the list goes on... oh did I mention I am on medical leave, which usually you'll only get 70% of your pay, but my job has a provision in their disability policy so they pay me the other 30% because they CARE. I am very happy.
