Set aside 10 minutes each week and make menus to use up what you have in the house. Or you could shop for what you want to have. Depending on your pantry. But include all snacks, breakfast, lunch, supper. Plan so you have leftovers for lunch if you want.

Save and freeze leftovers for lunch in small containers. Make sandwhiches. You can even make them ahead of time and freeze without condiments/veggies.
