I had a small Rival Crock pot I bought last summer. One of the handles had started to crack. I had checked to see if there was a recall and there was not. I emailed Rival and within 24 hours received a notice asking if at all possible could I send some photos by email to show it. When I did, I received a nice note telling me they would replace the outer heater within two weeks. Well, less than a week later UPS brought me a package and it was a whole new Crock Pot. I know I will be buying more Rival products after that!
