I also did this for years and started going out on that night to an outside mall and really enjoy seeing the kids in their costumes. Every year it has rained so the majority of the kids come too late and that's a bit scary sometimes. I enjoy making up little bags for the neighborhood children that I know. Sorry, I'm just not real crazy about that day.
