The market continues to DECLINE:

10,952.18 – DJIA close on November 7th, 2000 (election day)

10,651.18 – DJIA close yesterday, July 22nd, 2005

In inflation-adjusted dollars, the market is DOWN thousands of points. The market has to stop going down before it can go up.
