I'm late joining (new here) but I started the Atkins after coming back from spending New Year's in Paris 10 lbs heavier than when I left 3 weeks earlier.
I was up to 140, now I hover around 125-128 so you can add my 12-15 lbs to your total.
My problem before....I only ate about once a day and in Paris, it was a baguette a day, with an occasional meal here or there. Since I started Atkins, I actually eat on a regular basis, have a fairly normal appetite again (which left after my divorce) and seem to be heading on the right track.
I hope to lose about 5-10 more lbs in the coming months...so I'll check in again.
