The "wagon Corolla" is the Matrix (more or less [$16000]). If you want a mid-size sedan, try a Camry ($18500++). Or you can try the newly remodeled 2008 Scion xB ($17000). Or a Honda CRV (23/30 MPG for about $20500) or the Dodge Caliber. Just sit in the back of the Corolla and see if you guys fit.
