I have a will and have already had to revise it once so far. It's a simple will and it cost me about $75.00 to have a lawyer draw it up for me. I also have a land trust setup for my home on the advice of my lawyer.
Another type of directive that all of us should have (in light of the Terry Schiavo case) is a living will/advance directives/health care directive. I found a great site where you can get state-specific forms for FREE from the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization. There site is :
