If you cook a pot roast and have some left over, cut it up, save the broth, and put it with cooked noodles in a day or so and you have a wonderfully filling homemade meal. "

The crockpot is also cheaper to run than the oven, plus, during the summer months it does not add as much heat to the house-So, crookpotting can save you money several ways.
