I can understand your dilemma. If your husband would be willing to go with your ISP, why not both of you open your own email accounts on free sites like yahoo or hotmail? You can have free email, have privacy, and not have the problems you encountered with AOL. I left AOL because of the constant spam as well as getting kicked off so much.
