i finally joined a gym this year after telling myself "but you can exercise for free!" so for long.

well, guess what! i never did. when it is january and there is a negative wind chill factor, i am not going to go outside and run around the block.

i figured that $30 a month is not too great a price to pay for my health. and...i know i could buy the equipment for my house, but i would be spending a lot if i got all the machines that i use there! elliptical, treadmill, step machine, free weights, etc.
