they do annual inspections so I have to hide my dish rack so they don't say anything. I can't wait til we can move into a house w/ a yard. I love clothes lines too it would save lots of money and I seem to get softer clothes with the liquid softener and then hanging them outside. We are only here til next yr school end. and told us our rent was going up from $675 to $1000 a month when we know for a fact NOONE here was paying that. A friend of mine called and questioned them without tell them our names and they changed it very quickly. And they knew who it was they were only trying to bs us and they thought she was a lawyer LOL. it was funny they called me when she called to tell me so I know they were doing it on purpose LOL. No biggy now it is all fixed and this is our last yr here. we are WAY cramped. going to try to get a 4 bedroom house next for under $1000 a month. Another one of my friends lives a block away in the same complex as me and her lease is even more strict. They even charge her for ALL repairs if they are her fault or not. We are learning the hard way cheaper is not always better ugh
