I suppose it's a business thing too, and maybe DisneySteve can relate, they come into our practices and now boo-hoo they don't have health insurance and your copay is too high, it should be $10, not $30.
Sure, they needed a beautiful stainless steel grill for that nice deck to go with their beautiful house.
